We are finishing up a great engagement with Bark & Co this month. We helped bring in a few key hires, and worked with the leadership team to tweak their people structure and comp model so they can continue evolving as they grow to hundreds of employees. This month we conduct management training and interview training, and then hand things off to the new Head of Talent we also helped bring on board. A great "HR bridge" solution for a unique and really cool NYC start-up now officially in growth stage. Co-Founder Carly Strife said about us: "They were great.... for HR people".
